Our Tommy Bahama shorts are printed using a process called direct-to-film printing. This process prints your design on a film that is applied to the garment and bonded with heat. This bond is exceptionally strong and will last a lifetime with proper care. Direct-to-film printing gives amazing detail and clarity to your design.

For the Gray & Navy colors, we will add a thin white outline to your artwork to ensure it is visible against the dark fabric.

All of our artwork is hand-sized for your apparel. The average print specs for this product: 3" x 4".

If you already have approved artwork, our merchandise orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot expedite shipments.

Please note, some items do ship separately, so you may receive a package with only part of your order.

Machine wash cold with like colors on gentle cycle. Non-chlorine bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Cool iron. Do not iron the decoration. Do not dry clean.

While the bathing suit quality seems nice the entire reason I bought them From Custom Captain was the Logo, which looks terrible. While I designed the logo on white, there is no white filler, so my white boat looks blue on blue shorts. Terrible that they do not tell you this will happen. No warning and no return permitted.
